The Social Chain AG: New member of the supervisory board appointed by court

Berlin, January 19, 2023 –Today, the commercial register at the local court of Charlottenburg has informed The Social Chain AG (WKN: A1YC99, ISIN:DE000A1YC996, Ticker: PU11) (the „Company“) that Mr Sebastian Stietzel, Berlin, has been appointed as new member of the supervisory board by decision of the court upon request of the Company´s management board.

Such court decision was necessary since Dr Georg Kofler has previously resigned from office as member of the Company´s supervisory board in order to be appointed as new CEO of the Company. 

The supervisory board now again consists of three members.
