Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the “Company”) has declared a quarterly dividend in respect of the fourth quarter of 2022 of 1.375 pence per share as targeted, payable on 24 February 2023 to Shareholders on the register at 3 February 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 2 February 2023. The targeted full year dividend is 5.5 pence per share equating to an annualised dividend yield of 6.1% based on the closing share price on 19 January 2023.
