("AIML" or the "Company") (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FSE:42FB) is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). Pursuant to the second tranche of the Offering, the Company has issued an aggregate of 7,300,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $365,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Subject to the anti-dilution provisions that are contained in the certificates governing the terms of the Warrants, each whole Warrant is exercisable to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 60 months from the date of issuance of the Warrants.

In connection with the second tranche of the Offering, the Company also issued an aggregate of 196,000 broker warrants ("Broker Warrants") to eligible finders assisting in the Offering, with each Broker Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of five years.

All securities issued and issuable in connection with the second tranche of the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on January 15, 2027.
