CIS : Q3 2026 revenue higher than expected: accelerated growth and increased visibility.PRESS RELEASE Marseille, 14 October 2026 – 6:00 p.m. Q3 2026 revenue higher than expected: accelerated growth and increased visibility
(1) Revenue not audited by the Statutory Auditors (2) CC: constant currency Higher-than-expected business volumesYear-to-date revenue at 30 September 2026 stood at €425.4 million, a year-on-year increase of 18.8% (18.7% at constant currency2). In the third quarter, business volumes generated €150.2 million, a 23.5% increase that reflects the Group’s accelerated growth. These results come from the Group’s high-quality portfolio of contracts, the strong performance of its major contracts, and its ability to scale operations with complementary services in complex and remote environments. New contracts signed in certain regions also underpinned this growth. In 2026, exchange rates have had very little impact on business growth and now show a positive difference of €0.3 million. Business was driven by the strong performance in Africa (up 16% at constant currency2) and Eurasia (up 24% at constant currency2). In the Americas, the business decline is now limited to 6% with new contracts signed and new platforms commissioned by privately-owned companies in Brazil’s offshore sector. Revenue by region 2026 outlook: sustained growth set to continueCIS has raised its profile by winning new contracts, and business has been stronger than expected across its major projects. Against this backdrop, the Group is looking to the end of the year with confidence, building on its solid positioning, its integrated service model and its capacity to deliver. About CISCIS was created in 1992 by Régis Arnoux, the Founder and Chairman. Today, the Group manages remote sites in the four corners of the globe, in the most isolated onshore and offshore environments. The Group is committed to the sustainable development of the countries where it operates, by hiring, training its staff, forming partnerships with suppliers close to its sites, and engaging in local community initiatives. CIS’s approach is proactive, based on innovation and continuous improvement to reduce its impact on the environment. Every day, the Group endeavours to improve its practices and guarantee its transparency.
