Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA: Dräger receives additional customs refunds and raises its forecast

Lübeck, July 21, 2026 – In July, after the balance sheet date for the first half of the year, Dräger received additional customs refunds (including interest payments) totaling around EUR 14.2 million. This one-off effect will be recognized in the third quarter and accordingly improves the earnings outlook for the full year: Dräger now expects an EBIT margin of 6.0 to 8.0 percent (previously 5.5 to 7.5 percent). In the second quarter, Dräger had received customs refunds (including interest payments) of EUR 7.8 million.

Dräger considers further customs refunds (including interest payments) of around EUR 7 to 9 million to be possible. However, it is currently not clear whether, when, and in what actual amount such refunds will be received.

The net sales forecast remains unaffected by the refunds: Accordingly, Dräger continues to expect net sales growth of 2.0 to 6.0 percent (net of currency effects).

The 2026 half-yearly financial report will be published on July 30, 2026.
