Münster, Germany - In April 2026, DWW Akademie celebrated the graduation of 95 specialists who completed the program "Lohn-, Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhalter:in mit DATEV und KI". The certificate ceremony took place at the academy's office in Münster, bringing together graduates, instructors, and guests. Attendees shared experiences and heard firsthand accounts from alumni who have already found employment in Germany.

Since the beginning of 2026, DWW Akademie has trained 142 specialists — professionals from Ukraine, Russia, and other countries. Twelve graduates from the current cohort secured employment while still completing the program; the remainder are actively job searching or completing internships, according to the academy's internal data.

"We want every graduate to enter the German job market with confidence, regardless of their previous experience. Graduation is the moment when they realize: I have the skills to work in my profession here in Germany," says Anastasia Karpova, founder of DWW Akademie.

Germany continues to face a significant shortage of accounting professionals: according to gehalt.de, more than 6,000 positions were open as of April 2026. At the same time, the number of internationally trained specialists entering the country is growing. Programs like those offered by DWW Akademie provide a direct path into the job market, in under a year from enrollment to certification.

DWW Akademie specializes in preparing international professionals for careers in German accounting. The program is designed for participants with a German language level of B1 or above. Through educational partnerships with DATEV, SAP, and IHK, academy graduates enter the job market with verified competencies that meet the standards of German employers.
