Elmos Semiconductor SE welcomes 14 new apprentices and dual students to its Dortmund site

Leverkusen, August 5, 2026: Elmos Semiconductor SE, a leading manufacturer of automotive mixed-signal semiconductors, is once again welcoming new apprentices and dual students to its Dortmund site this year.

At the start of the 2026 training cycle, a total of 14 apprentices and dual-track students will begin their apprenticeship or studies at Elmos. They will be starting in technical and business-related apprenticeship programs, as well as in practice-integrated, work-study, and dual-track degree programs. This brings the current total number of young professionals at Elmos to 31, working in various apprenticeship programs and degree programs.

Training and study programs in 2026:

Technically oriented apprenticeships and study programs:

  • IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration
  • Physics laboratory technicians (m/f/d)
  • Practice-integrated study program (m/f/d) electrical engineering and information technology
  • Practice-integrated study program (m/f/d) IT engineering
  • Practice-oriented study program (m/f/d) electrical engineering

Commercially oriented apprenticeships and study programs:

  • Industrial clerks (m/f/d)
  • Commercial clerks (m/f/d) for digitalization management
  • Dual study program (m/f/d) in business administration
  • Specialists (m/f/d) for warehouse logistics

All apprentices and dual students at Elmos undergo a structured, varied, and hands-on training program. In addition to professional qualifications, the program also focuses on personal development. The holistic “Inner Engineering” program strengthens personal, social, and language skills. Through various workshops and group activities, participants learn to confidently shape their own paths.
