elumeo SE successfully completes a cash capital increase

  • High demand from institutional investors – demand significantly exceeded supply
  • Final placement volume set at 850,000 shares
  • The placement price is EUR 2.10 per new share
  • The gross proceeds from the issue for the company amount to EUR 1.785 million
  • The funds raised are to be invested in organic growth and in strengthening working capital

Berlin, 17 September 2026 – elumeo SE (ISIN DE000A11Q059), Europe’s leading online retailer of gemstone jewellery, has successfully placed its cash capital increase, announced yesterday, on a closed-book basis. The private placement met with keen interest from the targeted institutional investors – demand during the accelerated book-building process significantly exceeded the number of shares on offer. Accordingly, the Board of Directors set the final placement volume at the previously determined maximum number of 850,000 new shares. At a placement price of EUR 2.10 per share, this results in gross proceeds from the issue for the company of EUR 1.785 million. Upon entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register, the company’s share capital will increase from the current EUR 5,927,420 by EUR 850,000 to EUR 6,777,420.

The company intends to use the newly raised equity to drive its organic growth.  The funds are primarily intended to be used to strengthen working capital. In addition, the platform’s scalability for international markets is to be improved and further AI-based processes developed to deliver additional efficiency gains.

Florian Spatz, Chief Executive Officer of elumeo SE: “We are delighted with the strong demand from investors and see this as confirmation that we have successfully focused our business model on profitability and scalability. The additional funding will enable us to continue along this path at a rapid pace and translate it into profitable growth.”

The capital increase was managed by Montega Markets GmbH, acting as sole lead manager and sole bookrunner, and by Wolfgang Steubing AG, an investment firm, acting as the underwriting and placing investment firm.
