EQS-Adhoc: NFON AG updates guidance for the 2026 financial yearEQS-Ad-hoc: NFON AG / Key word(s): Forecast / Other Disclosure of inside information pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (MAR) NFON AG updates guidance for the 2026 financial year Munich, 13 August 2026 – Based on the business performance in the first half of 2026 and the updated assessment for the remainder of the year, the Management Board of NFON AG (ISIN: DE000A0N4N52) today resolved to adjust the guidance for the 2026 financial year. According to preliminary figures, NFON generated Group revenue of EUR 42.5 million in the first half of 2026, compared with EUR 44.2 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to EUR 4.4 million, compared with EUR 5.7 million in the first half of 2025. For the 2026 financial year, the Company now expects revenue of EUR 84.5 to 86.0 million. Previously, revenue growth in the low to mid-single-digit percentage range had been forecast. The Company now expects adjusted EBITDA of EUR 9.5 to 10.5 million. Previously, adjusted EBITDA of more than EUR 12 million had been expected. The reasons for the adjustment to the guidance include the challenging market environment and the resulting cautious investment behaviour of many enterprise customers. In addition, decision-making cycles remain longer, particularly for larger customer projects, while performance in Business Telephony has been weaker. Recurring revenue in the strategic growth areas Intelligent Assistant and Customer Engagement developed strongly positively in the first half of the year. Based on the current assessment, the positive contributions from Intelligent Assistant and Customer Engagement will not yet be sufficient over the remainder of the year to fully offset the weaker revenue development in Business Telephony for the full year. NFON AG will publish its Half-Year Financial Report 2026 as scheduled on 20 August 2026. The report will be available on the Company's Investor Relations website at https://corporate.nfon.com/en/investor-relations/reports/.
