Galway Metals Announces Filing of NI 43-101 Technical Report for Updated Clarence Stream Mineral Resource Estimate

TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / August 27, 2026 / Galway Metals Inc. (TSX-V:GWM)(OTCQB:GAYMF) (the "Company" or "Galway") is pleased to announce that the Company has filed on SEDAR+ an independent technical report (the "Report") supporting the updated Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") for its 100%-owned Clarence Stream Gold Project ("Clarence Stream") in Southwestern New Brunswick.

The Report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") and has an effective date of May 29, 2026. The updated MRE was previously announced in the Company's news release dated July 13, 2026. There are no material differences in the Report from the results disclosed in that news release.

The complete Report is titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report Clarence Stream Project, New Brunswick, Canada" was prepared for Galway Metals by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. and is available on the Company's website at www.galwaymetalsinc.com and under the Company's issuer profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
