The Payments Group Holding – Successful issuance of convertible bond

 

  • Subscription of 507 k euro nominal amount by shareholders
  • Conducting of a private placement of 1,773 k euro nominal amount
  • Funding of the company secured

 

Frankfurt/Main, 30 January 2026 –The Payments Group Holding (PGH), a holding company founded in 2012 and renamed in August 2024 with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main, has successfully issued its mandatory convertible bond 2026/29 with a three-year term and an interest of 10 %. Partial bonds with a nominal amount of 507 k euro were subscribed by shareholders. As announced, it is now conducting a private placement with institutional investors for the remaining partial bonds with a nominal value of 1,773 k euro. Subscription interest has already been expressed. Based on current planning, the total placement proceeds are expected to be sufficient to fund the company for 2026.

The bond will be held in collective safe custody and listed on the open market shortly (ISIN DE000A460PY4).
