Samuel Pelaez has stepped down as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. To support an orderly transition, Mr. Pelaez will remain engaged with the Company under a separate advisory arrangement for a transition period, assisting with the handover of key relationships and commercial priorities.

Kevin Norberg is a mining industry leader with nearly 20 years' experience in mineral exploration.
