hep global reorganizes its managementEQS-News: hep global GmbH / Key word(s): Personnel hep global reorganizes its management With this succession plan, which has been carefully prepared over the long term, hep global is committed to continuity in corporate leadership and a clear distribution of management responsibilities. Martin Vogt has been with the hep global Group since early 2024 and most recently served as Chief Project Officer, overseeing global project development. In this role, he played a key role in the strategic and operational advancement of the project business. As CFO, Christian Hamann will focus on the financial management of the company. The management team is rounded out by Georg von Eichendorff Strachwitz, who has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2021. “I am very grateful for the trust of our employees, customers, and partners over the past 17 years,” says Christian Hamann. “As an international developer of solar energy projects, we have made a significant contribution to the energy transition since our founding. Martin Vogt is a leader who knows our company, our markets, and our strategic priorities very well. At the same time, I will remain closely connected to hep global as CFO and will focus on the company’s financial management. This allows us to establish clear lines of responsibility while ensuring continuity in corporate leadership.” “I would like to thank our founders, Christian Hamann and Thorsten Eitle, as well as the other shareholders, for their trust and their extraordinary contribution to building and successfully establishing our company,” says Martin Vogt. “hep global has many years of experience in the international development of solar energy projects and an established platform in our core markets. In recent years, we have consistently adapted our organizational and cost structures to changing market conditions. In doing so, we have laid the groundwork for the next phase of development. Our focus remains clear: We want to further strengthen our position as a reliable partner for the development of solar and battery storage projects. To this end, we are committed to continuity in our strategy and management, a focus on our core European markets, and targeted new growth initiatives.” 17.09.2026 CET/CEST Dissemination of a Corporate News, transmitted by EQS News - a service of EQS Group.
