Share retention commitments (Dutreil Agreement)

Ancenis, July 31, 2026 –Manitou BF was informed by shareholders belonging to the Braud family branch of the signing on July 28, 2026 of eight Dutreil pacts (commitments to retain Manitou BF shares taken out for the application of article 787 B of the General Tax Code).

The duration of these eight conservation commitments is two years.

In accordance with AMF position 2004-02, the characteristics of these eight agreements are listed below.

1) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 2,241,214 shares held by Ms. Lilianne Braud

2) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 475,200 shares held by Ms. Emilie Braud

3) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 422,760 shares held by Ms. Valérie Braud

4) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 82,800 shares held by Mr. Marcel-Claude Braud

5) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code, relating in particular to 420,760 shares held by Mr. Sébastien Braud

6) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 196,000 shares held by Mr. Charles Braud

7) Collective shareholding commitment entered into pursuant to Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), relating in particular to 196,000 shares held by Ms. Dorothée Braud

8) Collective commitment to conservation post mortem concluded pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 787 B of the CGI.
