Medincell announces the availability of its 2025-26 Universal Registration Document including the Annual Financial and CSR Reports

The 2025-26 Universal Registration Document (URD) filed with the French market authority (Autorités des Marchés Financiers, or AMF) under the reference D.26-0554 includes:

• the Annual Financial Report for the year ending on March 31, 2026
• the management report
• the CSR report
• the report on corporate governance
• the proposed text of the resolutions to be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting of September 30, 2026

The URD can be consulted on the Company’s website (Investors section) and on the AMF’s website (www.amf￾france.org).

The CSR report alone can also be downloaded from the Company's website (Investors section).

The English version of the URD will be available on the Company's website (Investors section) in the coming days.

A New Drug Application (NDA) for Olanzapine LAI as a once-monthly treatment for schizophrenia in adults was submitted to the U.S. FDA in December 2025 by Medincell’s partner, Teva. U.S. FDA accepted Teva’s New NDA for Olanzapine LAI on February 20, 2026. A European Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) was also accepted by EMA in May 2026.
