Meta Wolf AG evaluates implementation of a cash capital increase

Kranichfeld, Germany, 4 August 2026 – Meta Wolf AG (ISIN DE000A254203; WKN A25420; ticker symbol: WOLF) (“Company”) is currently evaluating the implementation of a cash capital increase using the Authorized Capital 2026 and granting statutory subscription rights for the existing shareholders (“Capital Increase”).
The net proceeds from the Capital Increase are intended to be used for investment in artificial intelligence, robotics, solar systems, further expansion as well as for research & development and software. The potential Capital Increase is intended as a first step towards the revitalization of the Company in the capital markets.
The implementation of the Capital Increase, including its specific timing and volume as well as the price for the new shares, depends on market conditions and further resolutions of the respective corporate bodies. The Company will inform the capital market and the public about the progress in accordance with legal requirements.
