Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 KR I Zug, 28th May 2026

  • Proceeds from the capital increase: CHF 38.9 Mio.
  • Number of newly issued units: 302,025
  • Number of outstanding units increased to: 2,005,637
  • Settlement: 29th May 2026

Capital increase

 The fund management company PURE Funds AG carried out a capital increase for the PURE Swiss Opportunity REF (PSO) between 11th May and 22nd May 2026, whilst preserving subscription rights.

The proceeds from the issue amount to CHF 38.9 million and 302,025 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 128.80 per unit.

The total number of outstanding units has risen to 2,005,637.

The newly issued units will be paid up on 29th May 2026. 

 

Use of capital

The proceeds from the issue will be used to make further acquisitions of properties in prime locations, in line with the strategy, in order to further increase the residential share of the portfolio. Furthermore, the debt-to-equity ratio will be reduced.
