AI Creates No Value On Its Own: Klickkonzept Launches New AI Enablement Brand, faive

EQS-Media / 19.06.2026 / 09:38 CET/CEST

  • faive.eu is the new AI enablement brand of Klickkonzept GmbH, helping marketing teams evolve into agentic organizations
  • Initial projects with companies such as König + Neurath, Parfümerie Becker and Sopra Financial Technologies have delivered efficiency gains of up to 60%
  • The approach: not just implementing AI, but embedding it sustainably into the way teams create value

FRANKFURT  – Companies are currently investing billions in artificial intelligence. Yet the long-anticipated productivity revolution has largely failed to materialize. New tools are easy to deploy. The real challenge begins afterwards: How does AI become an integral part of day-to-day value creatio?

To address this gap, Klickkonzept GmbH has launched faive, a new AI enablement brand focused on helping organizations move AI beyond experimentation and into everyday business operations. The goal is to connect people, processes, and technology in a meaningful way and help marketing teams evolve into agentic organizations – structures in which AI agents take over defined tasks, reduce operational burden, and enable new forms of collaboration and human empowerment.

AI Licenses Alone Do Not Create Value

“Many companies invest heavily in AI tools, only to end up with higher costs and more complexity instead of more revenue or business impact,” says Fabian Ulitzka, Managing Director of faive and CEO of Klickkonzept GmbH.

According to Ulitzka, the problem is rarely the technology itself.

“AI alone does not create value. Value emerges when AI is deeply integrated into our value creating business processes. We bridge the gap between media hype and operational reality. We do not build isolated tools, we transform the way value is created within teams.”

The faive AI Lab: Integration at the Heart of the Organization

To ensure lasting adoption and avoid resistance within organizations, faive follows a co-creation approach. At the core of its offering is the faive AI Lab, an ongoing enablement program embedded directly into everyday work.

Together with faive, teams identify the processes that create the greatest operational friction and redesign them using AI-supported workflows. Rather than introducing AI as a separate initiative, integration happens directly within existing operations, where value is actually created. This approach also provides leadership teams with greater control and transparency. Instead of uncontrolled “shadow AI,” organizations establish scalable workflows supported by clear governance frameworks.

“When people experience AI removing meaningful workload from their daily routines, fear of automation turns into a willingness to actively shape the future of work,” says Ulitzka.

Measurable Results in a Short Time

The effectiveness of this approach is already reflected in early client projects with companies such as office furniture manufacturer König + Neurath, Parfümerie Becker, and Sopra Financial Technologies.

Across complex marketing and organizational processes, clients achieved efficiency gains of up to 60%. Projects that previously required up to twelve months were completed within just a few months.

Built on a Transformation of Its Own

faive is a brand of Klickkonzept GmbH and part of the international Cosmo5 Group. Its methodology is based on the company’s own three-year AI-first transformation, initiated by Ulitzka in 2023.

“We reinvented our own business model with AI,” says Ulitzka. “Now we are bringing those practical lessons to other organizations. This is not about efficiency for efficiency’s sake. It is about creating the freedom, clarity, and capacity required to unlock new growth.”
