Block Listing Application

10 March 2023: Cairn Homes plc, announces that a block listing application is being made, in aggregate, for 3,056,094 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each in the Company, pursuant to Cairn Homes plc Save As You Earn (“SAYE”) Share Option Scheme.

In addition, the Company confirms that it is applying for the admission of a further 7,921 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each in the Company to satisfy the early vesting of an SAYE award to a former employee.

The shares are to be admitted to:

1. listing on the primary listing segment of the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority; and
2. trading on Euronext Dublin's Main Securities Market and the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.

Admission is expected to become effective at 8am on 15 March 2023.

When issued, all of the above shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
