ESPG Welcomes AARSLEFF as New Tenant at Science Park AERO49

Cologne, 4 September 2026 – The European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specializing in science parks, has secured another tenant for its Hallbergmoos location: AARSLEFF. The company, a subsidiary of the Danish construction group Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, has leased approximately 520 square meters of space at Science Park AERO49. The lease agreement has a term of seven years.

Its immediate proximity to Munich Airport ensures excellent international connectivity. The newly designed public cafeteria and the building’s direct proximity to O₂ SURFTOWN also contribute to further revitalizing the location.
