Sofia / Munich, 19 June 2026 – Shelly Group SE (Ticker SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166) (“Shelly Group”), a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, has updated the invitation to the Annual General Meeting convened for 29 June 2026 at 14.00 CEST / 15.00 EEST in Sofia, Bulgaria. Following an official request, registered on 18 June 2026, by a shareholder holding more than 5% of the Company’s share capital, an additional agenda item (Item 20) was included in the agenda.
