DÜSSELDORF, Germany, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zendure, a global pioneer of plug-in Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS), and Joybuy, the new e-commerce platform from JD.com, announced a strategic partnership to make clean, AI-powered home energy storage easier to access for German households. Under the partnership, Joybuy will offer a selected SolarFlow 2400 AC storage bundle to consumers on its German platform, with same-day and next-day delivery.

The partnership brings together two complementary strengths. Zendure contributes plug-in, retrofit-ready home battery technology, while Joybuy adds a retail platform and a self-operated logistics network built for speed. Joybuy is a brand-led full-category platform, with products from leading international, European and local brands, available in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Together, the companies aim to tackle two major barriers to retrofitting existing solar systems with battery storage installation complexity and long delivery times.

One Retrofit Storage Bundle, Now Available on Joybuy

At the centre of the launch is the SolarFlow 2400 AC, Zendure's AC-coupled retrofit system for homes with existing rooftop PV. It adds battery storage with no DC rewiring, lightweight installation, and is compatible with major inverter brands installed on European roofs, including SMA, Huawei, Fronius, Enphase, SolarEdge, and Sungrow. With 2,400W AC input and output and up to 90% round-trip efficiency, it captures midday solar surplus and releases it in the evening, when grid electricity is most expensive.

SolarFlow 2400 AC runs on Zendure's HEMS 2.0 platform and the ZENKI™ AI energy agent, which optimises charging and discharging in real time against household consumption, solar production, and live electricity prices. Paired with ZenWave™, Zendure's dynamic electricity tariff based on EPEX SPOT wholesale prices, the system automatically charges when power is cheapest and draws on the battery when grid electricity is most expensive, turning home storage into an active, everyday money-saver. Every system is protected by ZenGuard™, Zendure's multi-layer battery safety architecture, and runs with 100% local control by default for full data privacy under GDPR.

On Joybuy, the SolarFlow 2400 AC is available in one bundle configuration. It includes two AB3000X batteries, providing around 6 kWh of expandable storage, while also including a Smart CT meter (3CT) for precise whole-home consumption monitoring and ZENKI™ AI optimisation.

Fast Delivery, Backed by Full Services

Through Joybuy's own logistics network, the SolarFlow 2400 AC bundle comes with the platform's signature "Double 11" delivery service: Orders placed before 11:00 qualify for same-day delivery, while orders placed after 11:00 and before 23:00 can be delivered the next day. The service is initially available in selected cities across North Rhine-Westphalia, including Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Essen, Köln, with further expansion planned. Every purchase is backed by 30-day free returns and 24/7 customer service.

"Many German households with rooftop solar still feed their surplus electricity into the grid at relatively low rates, only to buy electricity back at much higher prices in the evening, simply because adding storage has felt too complex and too slow," says Bryan Liu, Founder and CEO at Zendure. "Our partnership with Joybuy removes both barriers at once. We provide a plug‑in home battery that is easy to  set up, while Joybuy delivers it to the door the same day, so households can start making better use of their own solar power almost immediately."

A spokesperson for Joybuy said: "At Joybuy, our mission is to provide European consumers with a more joyful, one-stop shopping experience. Zendure is the kind of technology partner we want to bring to our customers, with products that improve life through technology. Combined with our self‑operated logistics and reliable Double 11 delivery and service, we can give customers not just a standout product, but the confidence that it arrives fast and is backed by service they can trust."

Availability and Pricing

The SolarFlow 2400 AC bundle, including two AB3000X batteries and a complimentary Smart Meter 3CT, is now available on joybuy.de for €999.
