(the "Company" or "Quanta AI") (TSXV:QNTA)(FSE:D4G)(OTC:DTMXF) is pleased to announce the completion of its previously announced name change to "Quanta AI Inc." from "Datametrex AI Limited", effective September 8, 2026 (the "Name Change"), following receipt of shareholder approval at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on August 28, 2026, and receipt of other applicable regulatory approvals.

The Quanta AI common shares commenced trading under its new name and stock ticker symbol "QNTA" on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") at market open on September 14, 2026.

Pursuant to the name change, no action will be required by existing shareholders, nor will any certificates representing common shares of the Company be affected or need to be exchanged. A new Cusip number, 74768Q109, has been obtained to replace the previous Cusip number. The Company encourages any shareholder with any questions or concerns to discuss any of the foregoing with their broker or agent.
