INEO Announces Grant of Stock OptionsSURREY, BC / ACCESS Newswire / June 18, 2026 / INEO Tech Corp. ((TSXV:INEO)(OTCQB:INEOF), currently trading as INEOD until early July 2026 due to the recent share consolidation) (the "Company" or "INEO") announces its board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 3,110,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. INEO has a rolling stock option plan which is approved annually by shareholders and authorizes the issuance of stock options representing up to 10% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares from time to time. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per common share for a period of ten years from the date of grant and will vest over four years, with 25% vesting on each anniversary of the grant date. The Options are subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Options were granted as part of the Company's ongoing compensation and retention program and are intended to align the long-term interests of the Company's directors, officers, employees and consultants with those of shareholders as INEO continues to execute on its commercial growth plans.
