Thisinitiative is consistent with ABL Diagnostics’ growth strategy and its ongoing evaluation of external growth opportunities complementary to its current portfolio. The proposed acquisition, filed pursuant to Article L.642-1 of the French Commercial Code, remains subject to the decision of the Commercial Court of Évry. At this stage, there can be no assurance that ABL Diagnostics will be selected as the successful bidder.
