clearvise AG continues its strategic focus in the first half of 2026 and confirms positive operational performance

  • Consolidated revenue, including compensation payments for load curtailment and redispatch measures, reached EUR 22.3 million
  • Adjusted EBITDA rises to EUR 16.0 million
  • Production increased to 291.1 GWh, taking into account compensated curtailments
  • Outlook for 2026 confirmed: Revenue of EUR 44.2 million to EUR 46.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 26.7 million to EUR 28.7 million expected

Frankfurt, 21 August 2026 - clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4), a producer of electricity from renewable energy sources, published its 2026 half-year report today. The company has continued its positive operational performance and is currently undergoing a strategic realignment. The focus was on simplifying and optimizing the existing portfolio, strengthening predictable cash flows, and concentrating capital allocation on profitable wind and solar farms as well as battery storage systems.

The half-year results confirm the positive development in the first half of 2026. Consolidated revenue, including compensation payments for load curtailment and redispatch measures, totaled EUR 22.3 million (6M 2025: EUR 18.2 million). Excluding these compensation payments, revenue was EUR 21.3 million. At the same time, adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 16.0 million (6M 2025: EUR 13.6 million). Total production reached 254.1 GWh (6M 2025: 220.0 GWh). Taking compensated curtailments into account, production was 291.1 GWh (6M 2025: 236.1 GWh). Operating cash flow amounted to EUR 12.2 million (6M 2025: EUR 10.8 million). The equity ratio as of 30 June 2026 was approximately 37% (31 December 2025: 35%).

Bernhard Gierke, CEO of clearvise AG, comments: “The figures for the first half of the year confirm the operational resilience of our portfolio. We are particularly pleased with the increase in adjusted EBITDA, which we were able to achieve despite weak wind conditions and low levels of solar radiation at the beginning of the year. At the same time, we implemented important strategic steps in the first half of the year: We streamlined our portfolio, improved the predictability of future cash flows, and launched the construction of Tezze, a project with a secure long-term revenue base. In doing so, we are creating a solid foundation for further growth in earnings and dividend-paying capacity.”

Strategic focus and predictable cash flows

In the first half of the year, clearvise sold 13 small-scale photovoltaic systems with a total rated capacity of approximately 8.6 MW. In doing so, the company is reducing operational complexity and focusing on larger wind and solar farms; the proceeds from the sale will be used primarily to repay debt. Additional non-strategic assets are being evaluated with a view to potentially freeing up capital for battery storage,  investments in the core portfolio, or corporate actions.

clearvise has concluded new PPAs on favorable terms for five wind and solar farms. The contracts, with terms ranging from nine to twelve months, enhance cash flow predictability and are expected to contribute an additional EUR 0.7 million to earnings compared to previous budget assumptions.

With the construction of the Tezze solar project in Italy, clearvise has also moved a pipeline project with a long-term, secure revenue stream into the implementation phase. The plant, with a capacity of approximately 4.1 MWp, benefits from a 20-year government feed-in tariff and is scheduled for completion in 2026. For the French clearPARTNERS project La Chatre, with a capacity of approximately 71.5 MWp, clearvise was awarded the first 30 MWp in an auction. clearvise holds a 70% stake in the project; commissioning is expected in early 2029 due to necessary grid expansion measures.

Supervisory Board realigned

Ahead of the Annual General Meeting, Dr. Bettina Mittermeier will take over as Chair of the Supervisory Board; Ingmar Helmke will become a member of the board. Dr. Mittermeier has been a member of the Supervisory Board since July 2025 and, as an experienced lawyer, possesses extensive expertise in capital markets law, corporate law, and corporate governance. She has previously worked at Milbank and Allianz SE, among others. The new composition strengthens the Supervisory Board’s governance and capital markets expertise and supports the company’s ongoing strategic transformation as well as its active dividend strategy.

The 2026 annual outlook has been confirmed

Based on the half-year results and the continued business performance, the Executive Board confirms its outlook for the full year 2026. The Company expects consolidated revenue, including compensation payments for curtailments and redispatch measures, to range from EUR 44.2 million to EUR 46.5 million; adjusted EBITDA to range from EUR 26.7 million to EUR 28.7 million; and annual electricity generation to range from 554 GWh to 584 GWh.
