Launch of a €225 million tranche of its share buyback program

Alongside the release of its 2025 annual results on February 19th, 2026, Accor has announced that it intended to implement a €450 million share buyback programme in 2026.

In this context, the Group announces today the launch of a first tranche of this share buyback program for €225 million.

Accor has entered into a share buyback agreement with an investment services provider to implement this program. This price shall not exceed the maximum price of 80 euros set by the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 28, 2025. The acquired shares will be cancelled.
