Semi-annual update on the AIR LIQUIDE liquidity contract

Under the liquidity contract entered into between AIR LIQUIDE and BNP PARIBAS, the following resources were listed in the liquidity account on June 30, 2026 (trading date):

• 23,806 AIR LIQUIDE shares
• €15,584,553

During the first half of 2026, a total of:

As at December 31, 2025, the most recent update, the following resources had been allocated to the liquidity account:

• 50,050 AIR LIQUIDE shares

Purchase: 394,643 shares (4,131 transactions) €67,612,563 Sale: 365,443 shares (5,000 transactions) €62,937,754

As at December 31, 2018, the date of implementation of AMF Decision 2018-1 of July 2, 2018, the following resources had been allocated to the liquidity account:
