Altarea press release regarding the Primonial matter

Altareit announces that its parent company, Altarea, has issued a press release regarding the execution by Altarea and one of its subsidiaries, Alta Percier (indirectly owned by Altareit), together with the shareholders of Praemia (formerly Primonial), of a comprehensive settlement agreement bringing to an end the dispute currently pending before the Paris Court of Appeal.

Altareit is 99.85% owned by Altarea.
