Baader Bank Updates Guidance for the 2026 Financial Year

For the current 2026 financial year, the Management Board of Baader Bank has revised its guidance for earnings before taxes in light of recent market developments.

The Management Board continues to expect earnings before taxes for both Baader Bank AG and the Baader Bank Group in the 2026 financial year to remain significantly below the level achieved in the previous year, 2025. Based on current market conditions and the anticipated business performance for the remainder of the year, however, the Management Board now expects earnings before taxes for the full year 2026 to be meaningfully higher than the earnings before taxes reported for the first half of 2026. Return on equity (ROE) after tax for the full year 2026 is expected to be below the level achieved in the first half of the year.

For the first half of 2026, Baader Bank reported earnings before taxes of EUR 22.4 million, thereby delivering a stable Group result driven by diversified growth. Return on equity after tax amounted to 13.1% during the first six months of 2026.

Today, Baader Bank is presenting its business and strategic outlook to a broad audience of investors, analysts and media representatives at the annual Equity Forum’s Autumn Conference. The conference takes place in Frankfurt am Main from 31 August to 1 September 2026. Representing Baader Bank on site are Chief Executive Officer Oliver Riedel and Chief Financial Officer Kai Göhring. In addition, Baader Bank will present to investors and analysts at this year's Baader Investment Conference, which will be held in Munich from 21 to 24 September 2026.

In view of unforeseeable external factors that are beyond the Company’s control, the Management Board believes that reliable forecasts regarding future business performance can only be provided subject to certain limitations. Consequently, all forward-looking statements, expectations and projections concerning the future development of Baader Bank are based on the information and knowledge available to the Company at the time of publication.
