BIRKENSTOCK ANNOUNCES FISCAL THIRD QUARTER (ENDED JUNE 30, 2026) RESULTS DATE AND CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 13, 2026

Birkenstock Holding plc (“BIRKENSTOCK” or the “Company”, NYSE: BIRK), announced today that the Company will report its fiscal third quarter 2026 (ended June 30, 2026) financial results on Thursday, August 13, 2026 before the US market open. The Company will host a conference call and live webcast with the investment community at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that day.
