Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 22, 2026

Carrefour’s Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting took place in Massy on Friday May 22, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The Shareholders’ meeting approved all the proposed resolutions, notably the renewals as members of the Board of Directors of Mr Alexandre Bompard, Ms Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon, Ms Aurore Domont, Ms Cláudia Almeida e Silva and Mr Stéphane Courbit, for a period of three years.

The Shareholders’ meeting also ratified the co-optation of Carrix, represented by Mr Rodolphe Saadé, as a Director, and approved the appointment of Ms Sylvia B. Coutinho as a Director.
