Daldrup & Söhne AG proposes 20% dividend increase to EUR 0.18 per share

Pullach / Ascheberg, 20 July 2026 – The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Daldrup & Söhne AG (ISIN DE0007830572), drilling technology and geothermal specialist, will propose the Annual General Meeting on 27 August 2026 to pay a dividend of EUR 0.18 per dividend-entitled share for the 2025 financial year. Compared to the previous year’s dividend of EUR 0.15 per share, this represents an increase of 20 percent.

“With the proposed dividend, we aim to continue enabling our shareholders to participate in the success of Daldrup & Söhne AG. The significant improvement in profitability seen again in 2025 provides the basis for the proposed increase in the total dividend payout to EUR 1.1 million. At the same time, our dividend proposal is consistent with our policy of maintaining dividend continuity, while also investing in our growth,” says Andreas Tönies, CEO of Daldrup & Söhne AG.
