The Nordic Trustee has informed DEAG that the bondholders have approved the proposed amendment to the bond terms and conditions in connection with a Change of Control. Further information is available on DEAG's corporate website in the Investor Relations section under Bond 2025/2029. Based on the positive voting result, DEAG will, in accordance with the terms of the Written Resolution, make a one-off payment of 0.10% of the nominal amount of each bond to the bondholders. The bondholders' approval of the amendment to the bond terms and conditions creates an important prerequisite for the successful implementation of the planned cash capital increase excluding shareholders' pre-emptive rights by Apeiron Investment Group Ltd.
