Paris, 9 July 2026 - Deezer (Paris Euronext: DEEZR)

Under this contract, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account as of June 30,2026:

  • 153,546 shares;
  • 86,301 euros in cash.

During H1 2026, the following transactions were executed:

  • On the buy side, 189,690 shares for an amount of 214,327 euros (464 transactions);
  • For the sell side, 176,346 shares for an amount of 202,518 euros (585 transactions).

As a reminder:

  1. at the time of the last statement December 31,2025 the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:
  • 138,977 shares (withdrawal of 137,597 shares on 07/04/2024);
  • 98,722 euros in cash.
  1. During H2 2025, the following transactions were executed:
  • On the buy side, 208,754 shares for an amount of 231,991 euros (576 transactions);
  • For the sell side, 214, 474 shares for an amount of 239,830 euros (807 transactions).
  1. On July,5, 2022, at the date of entry into force of the contract, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:
