Avaibility of the 2025 Universal Registration Document

Edenred has published its 2025 Universal Registration Document, filed in French with France’s Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) on March 24, 2026, under the number D.26-0137.

This Universal Registration Document was submitted in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), as established by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815.

It is available on the AMF’s website. French and English versions can also be found on Edenred’s corporate website (www.edenred.com/en) section Investors/Shareholders – Financial and extra-financial information – Regulated information, section Annual financial report and Universal Registration Document.

The Universal Registration Document 2025 includes in particular :

• the 2025 annual financial report (a cross-reference table can be found in chapter 9.8, page 441 of the 2025 Universal Registration Document);
• the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance as well as the related Statutory Auditors’ findings (respectively on pages 285 to 374 and page 233 of the 2025 Universal Registration Document);
• a description of the share buyback program subject to the authorization of the Combined General Meeting dated May 7, 2026 (page 387 of the 2025 Universal Registration Document); and
• the sustainability report as well as the sustainability information certification report (pages 53 to 139 of the 2025 Universal Registration Document).
