Eiffage and Arabelle Solutions sign a partnership agreement for the manufacturing of heat exchanger components for nuclear power plantsVélizy-Villacoublay, 28 May 2026 Press release Eiffage and Arabelle Solutions sign a partnership agreement for the manufacturing of heat exchanger components for nuclear power plantsEiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Métal, and Arabelle Solutions, a subsidiary of EDF, signed a 12-year partnership agreement for the manufacturing of modules and metallic frames for condensers dedicated to future heat exchangers for several nuclear power plants projects in France and Europe. All equipment will be produced in France, at the Eiffage Métal factory located in Lauterbourg. To meet these new production-capacity needs, Eiffage will invest €15 million in the site, with 60 full-time jobs created over the duration of the partnership. This long-term partnership covers several projects in which Arabelle Solutions acts as an integrator for the turbine islands of nuclear power plants, including the Sizewell C plant in the United Kingdom, the next-generation EPR2 nuclear plants in France, or for international projects. This partnership consolidates Eiffage Métal’s position as a historical player and leading supplier in the nuclear sector. It highlights the company’s expertise in this type of equipment, combined with its experience in condenser retubing operations carried out during ten-yearly inspections of operational nuclear sites. This collaboration aligns perfectly with Arabelle Solutions’ growth strategy and complements the recently announced investment in the creation of a new heat-exchanger factory in Chalon-sur-Saône. Eiffage Métal CEO Boris Azimi highlights that “Signing this agreement is a key step in strengthening the industrial partnership between Arabelle Solutions and Eiffage Métal, following a recent successful collaboration on the Hinkley Point C project in the United Kingdom.” “In addition to our strategy of increasing our production capacities and internalizing critical skills, this long-term industrial partnership supports our ambition to serve our customers in a context of strong growth demand. It also contributes to strengthen a supply chain that prioritises sovereignty with French companies such as Eiffage Métal,” says Catherine Cornand, Chairman of Arabelle Solutions. About EiffageEiffage is one of Europe’s leading construction and property development, energy services and concessions companies. Established in the major European markets, the Group aspires to be a key player in the environmental transition, energy sovereignty and sustainable mobility while actively contributing to creating the cities and infrastructure of tomorrow.
