Availability of ENGIE’S 2025
Universal Registration Document

ENGIE announces that it filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 12, the French version of its 2025 Universal Registration Document, under the number D.26-0085.

This document was filed in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), in accordance with Commission Delegate Regulation (EU) n°2019/815.

The Universal Registration Document notably includes:

• the annual financial report for the 2025 financial year;
• the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;
• the Statutory Auditors’ reports, as well as information relating to their fees;
• the information required in connection with the description of the share buyback program;
• sustainability-related information, including the sustainability statement and the vigilance plan, as well as the certification report relating to such information.

As from March 13, 2026, the Universal Registration Document is made available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations. It may be consulted on the Company’s website (www.engie.com), in particular on the website’s homepage and under the "Finance" section.
