Paulo Almirante will continue to support ENGIE as a Senior Advisor, bringing his deep industry expertise and strategic perspective to several entities, notably through the board roles at EBE (Engie Brasil Energia), TABREED, Ocean Winds and UK Power Networks, once the transaction is completed. With more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, including 15 years with ENGIE and 10 years as a member of the Group Executive Committee, he has been a key contributor to ENGIE’s transformation and growth. In this advisory role, he will provide continuity and insight as the Group pursues its development ambitions and further strengthens its leadership in the energy transition. Pedro Vasconcelos is a highly experienced energy executive with close to two decades of international experience spanning renewables, energy markets, regulation and strategic transformation at EDP. He has held senior leadership positions combining strategy, development and operational responsibilities, and has played a key role in building and scaling renewable platforms across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Throughout his career, Pedro has contributed to major growth initiatives, capital market operations and international expansion projects, while leading large, diverse teams in complex and fast-changing environments. Rosaline Corinthien will oversee ENGIE’s power networks activities, a core pillar of the Group’s strategy to accelerate electrification and support the energy transition. Rosaline brings extensive experience in managing large-scale, regulated infrastructure assets and leading international teams across the development, operation and performance of power transmission and distribution networks. She also plays an active role in ENGIE’s strategic roadmap, contributing to the long-term vision for power networks, security of supply and system resilience. ENGIE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS Catherine MacGregor, ENGIE CEO declared: "I would like to express my deep gratitude to Paulo, whose outstanding drive and long-standing contribution to the Group have been instrumental across our activities. Most recently, at the helm of the Renewable & Flex Power GBU, he has played a critical role in shaping our renewables portfolio, combining development ambition with disciplined execution and helping establish ENGIE as one of the leaders in the energy transition. I am extremely grateful for his willingness to continue supporting the Group. I am confident that Pedro’s wealth of experience and international perspective are very well suited to continue delivering on the ambitious roadmap of Renewable & Flex Power GBU. I would also like to warmly welcome Rosaline to ENGIE Executive Committee following the acquisition of UK Power Networks. I wish them every success as they take on their new responsibilities.” *** Pedro VasconcelosPedro Vasconcelos is a senior energy executive with close to two decades of international experience across the energy transition, including renewables, energy markets, regulation, and large-scale business transformation.
