L'Avenir

EuropaCorp’s ordinary and extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting was held on the 10th of September 2026, at the Club de l’Etoile in Paris. Attendees were:

Mr. Jean-Marc Lacarrère, CEO;
Mr. Vincent Teyssot, General Counsel;
Mr. Olivier Juramie, Auditor;
Mr. Arnaud de Senilhes, Counsel of the Company;

All the resolutions were adopted, with the exception of the 17^th resolution relating to the delegation of authority to carry out a capital increase reserved for employees participating in a company savings plan, which was rejected.

Details of the votes by resolution are presented in the appendix.
