2026 Performance Share Plan (FC PSP) Awards

The following FC PSP Awards were granted to PDMRs of the Company on 2 April 2026 under the Funding Circle Holdings plc 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan in accordance with the Company’s Remuneration Policy:

The FC PSP Awards were granted in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company with a three-year performance and vesting period.  The vesting of the awards is subject to the following performance measures and targets:

Note: Vesting operates on a straight-line basis between Threshold and Maximum performance.
