Gimv NV (hereinafter "Gimv") announces the successful completion of a private placement of bonds for an amount of EUR 150 million with a limited number of institutional investors. KBC Securities acted as Arranger and Sole Bookrunner for the transaction.

The bonds carry a fixed coupon of 5.532% and have a maturity of 8 years, maturing in October 2034.

This bond issuance broadens Gimv's financial headroom to continue investing, in line with the accelerated growth ambition set out in early 2025, across its four investment platforms (Consumer, Healthcare, Smart Industries and Sustainable Cities) and within Gimv Anchor Investments' long-term investment strategy. It contributes to the further diversification of Gimv's funding sources.
