hep global GmbH expects to conclude refinancing negotiations only in fiscal year 2027

Güglingen, 30 October 2026 – hep global GmbH (hep global) has not yet been able to conclude the negotiations with potential lenders regarding the company's long-term comprehensive financing solution. The management does not expect the refinancing to be completed until the 2027 fiscal year.

Negotiations with potential investors are being actively pursued. With the intended refinancing, hep global GmbH aims to strengthen its capital structure, increase financial flexibility and create the conditions for further growth. In particular, the successful implementation of a long-term financing solution is intended to provide the basis for the repayment of the green bond 2021/2027, which matures in November 2027.

Due to the ongoing pressure on margins and the delays in planned project transactions as a result of the targeted and still pending refinancing of the 2021/2027 bond, which was successfully extended in spring 2026, the company now expects consolidated revenues of EUR 40 million to EUR 45 million (previously: EUR 45 million to EUR 55 million) and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of EUR 1 million to EUR 5 million (previously: EUR 0 million to EUR 10 million).
