IBC Announces Share-Based Compensation to DirectorsFRANKLIN, IN / ACCESS Newswire / July 13, 2026 / IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. ("IBC" or the "Company") (TSX-V:IB)(OTCQB:IAALF) today announces that the board of directors of the Company has approved the issuance of 1,039,105 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"), to its directors in consideration of their service to the Company for the period from July 2025 through June 2026. The issuance of the Common Shares, at a deemed price per Common Share of C$0.16, is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V"). The Common Shares will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the date of issuance. Mark A. Smith, Geoffrey Hampson, Simon Anderson, Michael Jarvis and Chris Huskamp currently hold an aggregate of approximately 27.69% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
