ALIKO Scientific announces settlement of a dispute involving its US subsidiary, which will receive USD 2 million

Paris, France – September 21, 2026 –7:45 am CEST – ALIKO Scientific (Ikonisys SA – Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO), an international life sciences Group dedicated to integrated oncology diagnostics, announces that its wholly-owned US subsidiary has reached a settlement resolving an existing dispute, pursuant to which it will receive a payment of USD 2 million.

The related proceedings have been dismissed.
