Filing of the 2025 Universal Registration Document

Imerys filed on March 19, 2026 with the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers or AMF), its 2025 Universal Registration Document including:

• the annual financial report,
• the management report,including the information on sustainability and the report on corporate governance,
• the integrated report,
• the draft agenda and draft resolutions which will be submitted to the Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on May, 12 2026, and
• the description of the Company’s buyback program of its own shares.

The 2025 Universal Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the Group’s website www.imerys.com. It is also available on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org).

The Company is also making available today on its website, in accordance with the bond prospectus dated May 11, 2021, relating to the €300 million sustainability-linked bond issuance dated May 14, 2021, the “SPT Verification Assurance Certificate” as well as the associated limited assurance report regarding the compliance of a sustainability indicator (GHG Emissions Intensity - expressed in tonnes of CO2e/€m).
