Acceleration of revenue growth in Q2 2026: +10.4%

A solid performance in H1 2026: +9.5%

Infotel (ISIN: FR0000071797 - ticker: INF), the leading digital transformation partner for key accounts in Europe, today published its revenue for the first half of 2026.

After growth of +8.6% in the first quarter, Infotel saw an acceleration of growth in the second quarter, with revenue rising by +10.4%. All of the Group’s activities contributed to this performance.

The Services business saw continued strong growth momentum, recording an increase of +7.6% in the second quarter. During the first half of 2026, business grew by +7.0%, confirming the division’s solid foothold in the Banking/Finance sector (45.4% of Services revenue). Groupe BPCE (17.1% of Services revenue), BNP Paribas (10.5% of Services revenue), Banque de France (8.4% of revenue) and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa are the principal major accounts in the sector. New listings were won during the period, particularly at IMSA and La Poste.

The Services/Transport sector accounted for 19.8% of the Services business, ahead of the Industry sector, which accounted for 19.3% of the division’s business in H1 2026 compared to 24.8% a year earlier.

The Insurance/Retirement and Administration sectors accounted for 12.6% and 4.2% of the Services business respectively.

The Group added 215 new employees during the first half of the year, bringing its workforce to 3,581 people worldwide by the end of the period. The inter-contract rate fell again to 2.3% in the second quarter and was 2.6% on average over the first six months.

Internationally, business in Canada and the United States is ramping up with significant deployment prospects in the second half of the year.

The development of the Altanna infrastructure offering continued at many customers and is in line with our value proposition.

The Software business saw revenue growth of +57.6% to €11.1 million in the first half of 2026. On a like-for-like basis, excluding Sesin, which has been consolidated since January 1, 2026, growth would have reached +37.8%.

IBM royalties were particularly high during the first six months due to exceptional sales in the United States, which brought royalties to €5.58 million compared with €3.13 million a year earlier.

Orlando, the software suite for aircraft technical documentation, signed a new listing with Air Borneo. By partnering with AeroEx software, it can offer a comprehensive aeronautical suite for which several commercial contacts have already been initiated.

AI is now integrated into all of our offerings as our employees improve their skills. Our Infotel Augmented Solutions offer has already won its first listings.

Growth target for 2026

After a record first half, Infotel confirms it is targeting annual growth of above 5%, despite the unstable geopolitical environment.
