Postponement of the due dates for shareholder current account advances agreed with Guerbet on 1 October 2024 and 7 February 2025 and the conclusion of a new shareholder current account advance agreement for an amount of 2 million euros

Intrasense (ISIN: FR0011179886 – Mnemo: ALINS), a French expert in AI￾enhanced medical imaging solutions facilitating diagnosis, decision-making and therapeutic follow-up, announces that on 19 June 2026 it entered into with Guerbet a second amendment to the shareholder current account advance agreement dated 1 October 2024 for an amount of €2.4 million (the ‘Advance No. 1’) and an amendment to the shareholder current account advance agreement dated 7 February 2025 for an amount of €5.6 million (the ‘Advance No. 2’), in order to defer the repayment date of Advance No. 1 and Advance No. 2 from 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The Company and Guerbet have also entered into a new shareholder current account advance agreement for a total amount of €2 million to provide the Company with funding until 31 December 2026 (the “Advance No. 4”). Advance No. 4 has been granted until 30 June 2027.

It is noted that the shareholder current account advance of €4 million paid by Guerbet to the Company in accordance with the shareholder current account advance agreement dated 16 December 2025 (the “Advance No. 3”) has been granted until 30 June 2027.
