Ipsen initiates a new share buy-back program

PARIS, FRANCE, 18 MAY 2026 - Ipsen (Euronext: IPN; ADR: IPSEY) announced today that it has appointed an investment services provider to purchase an aggregate number of up to 350,000 Ipsen S.A. shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the share capital, over a maximum period of six months. The shares purchased under this agreement will be allocated mainly to cover Ipsen’s free employee share-allocation plan and its new employee share-ownership plan.

This program is made pursuant to the authorization granted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting, held on 13 May 2026.
