Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The directors of JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV (the "ICAV") wish to announce that an extraordinary general meeting of the ICAV will be held at 200 Capital Dock, 79 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 1 October 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Irish time).

It is proposed to change the investment objective, investment policy and approach of JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV - USD Emerging Markets Sovereign Bond UCITS ETF.

If the proposed changes are approved by Shareholders, the Sub-Fund will change from following an index tracking strategy to employing an actively managed strategy with an expanded investment universe and additional investment flexibility. Please note it is intended that the overall investment exposure of the Sub-Fund to invest primarily in USD denominated debt securities issued and guaranteed by governments from emerging market countries will remain unchanged.
